Not my favourite book by one of my favourite authors.

16th book of the year.  5525 pages at an average of 345 pages per book.

I finished reading:

"The Talent Masters - Why Smart Leaders Put People Before Numbers" written by Bill Conaty and Ram Charan.  302 Pages.

This was a book I head to read as part of a work assignment.   It was better than I thought it would be.  There was even a chapter on my company, Agilent.

The fifteenth book of 2012.  5028 pages at an average of 335 pages per book.
