The long road to American Citizenship is finally over and I am very happy about it. I will post more about this later as the weeks go by and I have more time, but, for now it is done. I am a Citizen of my adopted Country and am registered to vote. All good.

Congratulations! My husband is also English and living in the U.S. with me, an American. And so we know what it's like to be put through the INS ringer! Do you get to vote right away in this election?

Thanks. Yes, I got registered to vote in time and am very excited about it.
